Additional Information
When executing the right middle fingertip thrust the open palm of the right thrusting hand should be perpendicular to the floor.
At the same time as the thrust, the left open palm should execute a downward block and finish under the right elbow with the left open palm
facing downward.
The striking surface of the back fist is the knuckles of the index and middle fingers. The back fist is directed to
the level of the opponent's temple.

For step 7, imagine the right wrist getting caught by an opponent. Twisting the hand that was caught and pushing slightly downward is
a self-defense technique intended to break the opponent's grasp. Execute in a fast, sharp motion.
The width of a sitting stance is 1.5 times your shoulder width. The feet are parallel and pointed straight forward. The weight is
distributed 50/50.
